Lintec and the environment
Lintec considers environmental protection to be of vital importance for the company and its future prosperity. We are actively engaged in medium- and long-term planning for environmental issues.
Philosophy

Underlining the company's commitment to the environment is the Lintec Environmental Charter, which clearly stipulates the promotion of business activities with environmental protection as one component of management philosophy. It further declares that we will promote environmental conservation by following, where necessary, our own guidelines that are stricter than the environmental standards set by national and local governments. "We only have one Earth, so let's take a broader view and strive for a better environment."

Lintec Environmental Charter
BASIC PHILOSOPHY
Environmental protection is an important part of the management philosophy
that guides LINTEC's business activities.
We take a broad view in our work to support the environment.
There is only one earth.
FUNDAMENTAL POLICY
1. In addition to following national and municipal environmental regulations, LINTEC also strives to contribute to environmental preservation by establishing its own, more rigorous standards when necessary.
2. Everyone at LINTEC is responsible for contributing to the solution of problems relating to pollution and the destruction of the environment.
3. We will aggressively work to resolve social problems through tie-ups with companies in related industries.
4. We will collect information from countries around the world, introduce effective measures in Japan, and work to promote their adoption.
5. We will work to educate all employees and to raise the standards employed in daily work and daily life.
ACTION GUIDELINES
1. Based on our corporate philosophy, fundamental policy, and annual management guidelines, each year the Environmental Protection Measures Committee will formulate a list of priority issues and communicate them to all departments in the company.
2. Each department will determine more specific objectives, plans, and schedules, detail them in the department's annual policies, and work to achieve them.
3. Each department will periodically review its progress and report to the Office of the Environmental Protection Measures Committee.
4. The Office of the Environmental Protection Measures Committee will summarize the progress of each department and ensure that the information is widely shared by periodically distributing it throughout the company.
