Based on our corporate philosophy, fundamental policy, and annual management guidelines, each year the Environmental Protection Measures Committee will formulate a list of priority issues and communicate them to all departments in the company. |

Each department will determine more specific objectives, plans, and schedules, detail them in the department's annual policies, and work to achieve them. |

Each department will periodically review its progress and report to the Office of the Environmental Protection Measures Committee. |

The Office of the Environmental Protection Measures Committee will summarize the progress of each department and ensure that the information is widely shared by periodically distributing it throughout the company. |
